I love going for jogs outside! Especially in the Spring and Fall. One, because it's cooler and two, because it's beautiful to see flowers blooming or leaves changing colors. So for my workout today I went for a jog. Like I said before, I graduated in exercise science so I try to incorporate it into my life often. {And so should you!} Not only do I love the feeling after a workout, but I also love work out attire! Does anyone else get excited about buying workout clothes? I will admit it's kind of weird because it is not like you look beautiful while working out. In fact, if you do look cute by the time you are done working out, you aren't working hard enough! {Well, at least that's what I tell myself to feel better ha!} Anyway, here is a workout tip to try out for the week! As long as you can try and get 30 minutes of some sort of physical activity in during the day you will receive health benefits. You do not even have to do 30 consecutive minutes. You can do 10 minutes in the morning, 10 minutes in the afternoon, and 10 minutes at night. Not even that bad right!? So for this week try and get those short 30 minutes of activity in and you will feel great!

I am so glad to hear that I am not the only one who gets excited about buying work out clothes. I am pretty sure every time we walk into a sports store I head straight to the clothes and shoes :) LOOKING GOOD!!

I think that shopping for working out clothes would make me actually WANT to work out more. It's not a bad idea! So jealous of your tan!
